Josue has spent more than seventeen years tattooing in Houston, building a practice around clean execution rather than shortcuts — placement, flow and skin behaviour first, then color theory planned so the work still reads sharp a decade later. Sterility is non-negotiable: single-use needles, barriered stations and implant-grade jewelry.

Everything to know before your session — deposits, walk-ins, sterility standards, aftercare and preparation.
Yes. Every appointment lock requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the final cost of your session. The deposit reserves your artist's time and covers custom drawing hours. Rescheduling with at least 72 hours' notice keeps your deposit valid one time.
Walk-ins are welcome daily for select flash designs, small pieces, and immediate consultations, subject to chair availability. Custom color realism, portraits, anime work, and any full-day or half-day project should be booked in advance so the design can be drawn specifically for you.
Single-use, pre-sterilized needles and cartridges are opened in front of you, every station is barrier-filmed and re-prepped between clients, and all piercing jewelry is implant-grade. Nothing is reused, and the studio follows Texas bloodborne pathogen protocols without exception.
Rinse twice daily with sterile saline, avoid rotating or touching the jewelry, keep hair products and makeup away from the site, and sleep off the piercing where possible. Downsizing appointments are included — come back once initial swelling settles and we will fit the correct post length.
Sleep well, eat a full meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Wear clothing that gives easy access to the placement area, bring snacks for full-day sessions, and skip sun exposure or fresh tanning on the area for at least two weeks prior.
